The Westmore differenceThe Westmore Difference: Familiar Faces. Consistent Support.
Westmore Community is a New Jersey DDD-approved provider offering RN-led support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Led by two nurses, we bring clinical awareness and a personal understanding of the importance of trust, familiarity, and continuity of care. We take time to learn each person’s preferences, routines, communication style, and goals so that support feels personal, respectful, and consistent.
Through Day Habilitation, Individual Supports, Community Inclusion, and Natural Supports Training, we work toward a connected approach across program, home, and community settings. For individuals receiving more than one Westmore service, we prioritize familiar team members and consistent approaches that help carry skills and routines into everyday life. Our goal is to help each person feel known and supported as they build independence, make choices, and participate meaningfully in their community.
Our servicesSupport Designed Around the Person, Not the Program

Community participationA Week Built Around Choice, Skills & Community
